I received a hardware upgrade last week. My cervical disc arthroplasty (disc replacement) went well and the hardest part for me has been patience in this recovery.

I want to thank everyone who continues to text and call to check on me. Your support means more than you know. Everything in me wants to make more noise soon, until then…rest.
